Cardinal Business Services Inc began its roots in 2002, with the establishment of a small consulting firm known as Omega Consulting Services. In the early years, Omega was a quality-based consulting business that dedicated its services towards ISO Quality Systems and Database Programming specific to ISO Compliance. These systems were based on business management and business consulting within the steel-manufacturing sector, which later grew to encompass the steel service industry and other areas of the economy.

The early years were operated as a part-time consulting service, but after growing demand during that short time, our client base and services grew to encompass new areas. Finally in 2005, the business became a full-time service, providing solutions ranging from quality and operations to administration and systems. Business consulting became a full time job for companies that required development in the areas of Human Resources, Health & Safety, Operations Management and Quality Management. This growth turned the tides in the direction of how the business became much more than a simple management consulting service.

In 2006, Omega Consulting Services branded with a sister company under Mosaic Printing & Signs, a small business offering printing services and sign production solutions to small-sized businesses and walk-in clients. The businesses quickly grew to work together and provide cross-services for clients on both sides of the equation. With the ability to completely round services within a small circle, clients began to benefit from streamlined services that only required dealing with one service provider, and a much more efficient reliance on an individual that can efficiently manage different aspects of their businesses.

Finally, 2 years later and in a joint venture, Omega Consulting Services and Mosaic Printing & Signs merged as a single entity, giving birth to Cardinal Business Services Inc. The strengths of both firms were combined under a single management philosophy that we now practice towards all of our products and services. Currently, Cardinal Business Services Inc continues to operate in the business management and business consulting fields, as well as printing services, graphic design, website design services, web development, hosting, accounting and bookkeeping services.
